In the heart of Domfrontais, the land of pears, Pacory produces natural, farmhouse, AOC ciders, perries and Calvados from high-stem orchards.

Since the early 18th century, the Pacorys have been farmers in the Domfrontais region. They process apples and pears alongside their livestock farming activities. The Grimaux farm has been run by their family since 1939!

The Ferme des Grimaux, spanning 100 hectares, boasts 1000 high-stem pear trees and 600 high-stem apple trees. The 200 tons of pears and apples harvested allow them to produce their juices, perries, ciders, and fabulous Calvados Domfrontais.
