Vinification: Wild yeasts, 5 days of whole bunch maceration, no punching down or pumping over, no added sulfites

Vincent Ruiz, a talented young winemaker from Ardèche who worked with Domaine Franck Balthazar for several years! He launched his own cuvées in 2020. The wines are sincere, with beautiful purity and finesse – a very fine discovery. He is also part of the quartet of winemakers now established on the alpine slopes at Domaine du Gringet, continuing the work of Dominique Belluard in Ayse.
