Muriel Zoldan, a passionate winemaker and trained oenologist, has long been convinced by "healthy" wines. She decided to take over this estate, which was already organically farmed, in 2017. Several grape varieties are grown on a single plot on clay-limestone hillsides: Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Tannat, Abouriou, Syrah for the reds, and Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Muscat for the whites; natural vinification with indigenous yeasts: all for juicy and lively cuvées!
