From a vineyard of varying ages (from 6 years for the latest Sauvignon to 50 years for a plot of Ugni Blanc) planted on a predominantly clay-limestone soil, our white wine is appreciated for its freshness and the balance of its aromas. Although all our wines are sulfite-free, this is a major asset for this cuvée, delighting white wine lovers sensitive to sulfites. Here, 0 sulfites but 100% pleasure.

Tasting notes: Lovely freshness, a nose with notes of immortelle, pear, and mandarin. A consistent palate of ripe fruit without being heavy, with a fresh finish.

We are in the south, on the banks of the Gardon d'Anduze, near the stunning town of Uzès, on the edge of the Cévennes! This is a certified organic/historic estate, with certification dating back to 1979 and sulfur-free winemaking since 1987!! Louis Julian, on his 33 hectares, is a true farmer, also working as a market gardener, and raising poultry and pigs, almost self-sufficiently by growing his own wheat and other crops… now with his two sons at the helm.
