FRERES SOULIER Les Croses 2022 Vin de France (Gard) 150cl Magnum Rosé -
Grape Variety: Mourvèdre, magnum only
Terroir : Sandy soils in the heart of the garrigue.
Winemaking / Aging : Usual direct pressing, fermentation and aging for 10 months in barrels without interruption and without topping up. No filtration or fining.
Tasting Notes : A majestic, vinous rosé dominated by citrus and red fruits, with fine tannins thanks to the low yields of 8 hl/ha in this vintage....
🍷 Serving temperature 12°, slight effervescence upon opening
Domaine des Frères Soulier comprises 20 hectares of contiguous land in Saint Hilaire d'Ozilhan, close to the Pont du Gard, on a north-facing terroir made up of the same type of white limestone. The aim is to create a self-sufficient estate with great diversity, without neighbours and with minimal travel. 11 hectares of vines, 2 hectares of olive trees, 2 hectares of garrigue and 5 hectares of meadows for their animals.
