“Traveller, there is no path, the path is made by walking, step by step, verse by verse…” Antonio Machado
Clos Troteligotte covers 19 hectares at altitude, surrounded by a forest setting on Kimmeridgian and siderolithic limestone bedrock for the reds, and Stampian limestone for the whites. Emmanuel Rybinski practises biodynamic farming, in harmony with the many energies of the site. Wine and terroir are inseparable here, and Emmanuel crafts several Cahors cuvées distinguished by the iron-rich nature of their soils.
