Serving temperature: 10-12°C
Antoine Delaunay, a 36-year-old winemaker, returned to the family estate in 2015. Organic conversion began in 2011 with his father Philippe. They stopped selling grapes to négociants and consolidated parcels to create Delaunay Vignerons. Today, 28 hectares are carefully farmed, wines are made naturally, with long lees aging on several cuvées.
