Jean-Marc Vilboux is a winemaker based in Fronton, in the north of the Haute-Garonne department, not far from Toulouse.

His journey into winemaking is relatively recent, following several years of encounters and tastings with wine merchants and organic and natural winemakers. He also gained hands-on experience harvesting at Domaine Plaisance (run by the Penavayre family), with whom he has maintained close ties.

In 2019, he took over 4 hectares of vineyards on a leasehold basis, immediately choosing to farm them organically and biodynamically. Without a winery of his own, he initially sold his grapes on the vine to winemakers and a brewer in Paris.

This valuable experience inspired him to leave his previous job in 2021 and devote himself entirely to winemaking. As he established his estate, he expanded his vineyards by a further hectare and acquired premises for vinification.

Today, his vineyards are planted with Gamay, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Négrette and Jurançon Noir for red wines, and Colombard for white wines.
