Grape varieties: 80% Chenin & Grolleau Gris - 100% skin contact - 10%
Chenin and Grolleau Noir underwent 2.5 weeks of skin contact before being pressed and blended back together to finish fermentation.
Tasting notes: A highly floral and airy wine with lychee and rose aromas, built on a delicate tannic structure and a very saline finish... perfect for chilled-out pairings!
🍷 A natural wine with a touch of frizzante – recommend decanting for 30 minutes before serving.
Guillaume Noire is based in Rablay-sur-Layon, where he produced his first vintage in 2017. His approach is rooted in traditional, rural values and deep respect for nature. Just grapes - and nothing but grapes - grown without herbicides or pesticides, then vinified without any additives, apart from a minuscule dose of sulphur (SO₂) if absolutely necessary!
