Amandine and Tristan cultivate the magnificent shiso plant in their organic orchards.

Aromatic, medicinal, and ornamental, shiso offers a unique herbaceous flavour, somewhere between cumin, licorice, and basil. They've paired it with sweet and tangy peach and invigorating cidaigre to create a surprising and deeply refreshing drink.

Hidden in the hills of the “wild” and very beautiful Jura are the orchards of “Nos Jardins Imparfaits” (imperfect gardens) where the curiosity of Amandine and Tristan pushed them to think of their gardens as conservatory orchards where old, rare or atypical collections of fruits, vegetables and aromatics mingle, and the varieties of each are all chosen first for their taste. 

They defend agroecology, an agriculture where life resides in the “imperfect”. An agriculture which does not destroy the soil but enriches it, an agriculture which promotes bio-diversity.
