True gems from a small area southwest of the Côte des Blancs: the Val du Petit Morin in Congy. The family estate spans 6.5 hectares (5.5 hectares in the Coteaux Du Petit Morin in Congy and Coizard-Joches, and 1 hectare in Les Riceys in the Côte des Bars). Upon Aurélien's arrival in 2017, herbicides were discontinued, and today the entire estate is undergoing organic conversion.
