TROIS CELLIER 2022 Côtes du Rhône 75cl Red

Grape varieties: 65% Grenache Noir, 30% Syrah, 5% Mourvèdre

Terroir: Sand / Safres (compressed sandstone), silt. Situated in Husson Nord & Saint-Laurent, covering 3 hectares in the commune of Courthézon

Vinification / Ageing: Manual harvest. Destemming, fermentation in cement tanks, traditional vinification. Aged in stainless steel tanks, fined, lightly filtered, and sealed with a traditional natural cork.

Tasting notes: Bright ruby colour opening with aromas of liquorice, dark fruits, and blond tobacco. The palate is juicy and supple, with notes of dark and red fruits. The tannins are smooth. This wine has excellent length on the palate.

🍷 Serving temperature: 16-17°C max — decant for 30 minutes before serving.

Domaine des 3 Cellier cultivates 13.5 hectares in Châteauneuf-du-Pape with a diverse range of grape varieties. The vineyards are mainly planted with Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre, Counoise, Terret Noir, Vaccarèse, Clairette, and Roussanne. However, it’s common to find even older varieties from the appellation in their century-old plots: Cinsault, Muscardin, Bourboulenc, Picpoul, Picardan...

The parcels are mostly spread along the north–south axis of the appellation, with a larger 3.5-hectare plot on the Terres Blanches plateau.
This unique vineyard layout offers access to a wide variety of terroirs, allowing the estate to craft wines with pronounced aromatic and flavour complexity.
