Irène Guilhendou from Domaine Latapy always has a head full of ideas. On her estate, she has vineyards, of course... but also cows, 2 gîtes, a unique cabin, and aromatic plants for herbal teas in an exceptional setting. For several years, she has had her eye on a magical, very steep hillside not far from her estate to expand her farm.
