Traditional, old-fashioned work and a very beautiful range of whiskies bottled unfiltered, respecting their natural color and at least 46%.

For about fifteen years now, I have known the work of Michel Couvreur, a man vibrant with passion in the heart of the Hautes Côtes de Bourgogne, always in search of whiskies with original tastes... no one I had the pleasure of introducing to his different vintages ever remained indifferent... indifference... the worst feeling of all... isn't it?
An exciting and fascinating evening ahead, with of course several versions to taste, and I hope to introduce you with great pleasure to his very particular universe!!
