We will have the immense pleasure of welcoming on Saturday, June 23rd at the "Cave du Palais" the sparkling, effervescent, radiant, and passionate winemaker from her highly calcareous Piedmont, Irène Guilhendou. She will come down from her high Latapy estate to let us taste the small, large, plump, and fattest of her bottled grapes, and especially her latest: Emotion 2011... liquid lace!
Dry, mellow, and sweet wines will be in the spotlight!
