Infused rums and punches by Cédric Brément, who was awarded the title of "Master Artisan" for his qualitative choices, AOC agricultural rum from Martinique, Bourbon vanilla from Madagascar, and fresh ripe fruits to guarantee impeccable quality and flavor.
A fresh exotic fruit is a fruit picked at maturity on a tree or plant then shipped by air. Specific and privileged partnerships have been established with production facilities in Reunion as well as with local producers. Strawberries and apples only come from producers in Loire-Atlantique. Victoria pineapples and guavas are delivered within 48 hours of picking.
Fair trade cocoa beans have been selected by one of the world's most renowned chocolate roasters.
Tasting open to all, no registration required.

Champagne Olivier Belin. Winemaker in the Marne Valley, the "Bel Instant" brut and "Clair Obscur" brut cuvées for tasting. Olivier has never stopped delighting us with his champagnes since the beginning of La Cave du Palais' adventure, and it continues!! If you already know them... come and find them for a convivial moment, and if you don't know them yet... you'll have to come quickly!!
