André Kleinknecht cultivates his vineyard according to biodynamic principles. Organic certification was initiated in 1998, but he then abandoned the organic label, finding it too permissive, and has been certified Demeter since 2014. Thus, 9 hectares of vineyards spread across 3 municipalities are meticulously cultivated with respect for life, to produce the healthiest grapes that best represent the terroir. He was also greatly inspired by the work of Pierre Frick, who advised him throughout his conversion journey.
