ANTOINE MAROIS

Domaine Antoine Marois is located in the heart of Pays d'Auge, Normandy. The estate covers 18 ha of natural meadows, including 7.5 ha of traditional orchards, also known as standard orchards. This method of cultivation, as well as the use of local varieties, allows for the production of apples without any treatment products. Fréquin Rouge, Mettais, Saint Aubin, Binet Rouge, Domaine, Rambeau, these are just some of the many varieties that constitute a remarkable living heritage and a raw material of great richness.

Antoine, for his part, is an agronomist by training, who traveled throughout France to meet winemakers. It is no coincidence that, attached to his roots, he returned to Normandy with the idea of producing beautiful ciders like wines, carefully crafted and attentive to his terroir.
