Domaine de Bichery is located in the Côte des Bar in Neuville-sur-Seine. It was founded by Hannah and Raphaël in 2015, taking over family vineyards. Their vineyard spans 8 hectares of beautiful hillside plots, entirely cultivated organically. The inspiration for crafting the cuvées is always plot-specific, and winemaking is minimally interventionist.
