Florian Buit, at just 26 years old, makes his own wine with Jean-Louis Chave as his mentor – and no ordinary mentor at that! He grew up surrounded by his father's fruit trees and the vineyards of the surrounding landscapes... It's no coincidence that he decided to pursue viticulture and oenology studies: motivated and passionate, he was destined to become a winemaker! He then applied to the Chave estate, which opened its doors to him and placed its trust in him. He served as their cellar master for several years before striking out on his own. He bought a plot, "Les Saviaux," where he vinifies his first reds, and another small white plot, "Le Jardin." Passionate, meticulous, and humble, he has a bright future ahead of him...
