CLOS THOU
Clos Thou, a family estate for 4 generations, is located in the heart of the Jurançon appellation, on the hillsides of the village of Jurançon, in the famous Chapelle de Rousse district. Henri and Isabelle, soon to be joined by their daughter Julie, who is gradually returning, have done an excellent job of showcasing their plots and the typical and endemic grape varieties of the appellation. Always attentive to detail, their wines express pure and explosive aromatics and beautiful, dynamic vivacity. The vineyard has been farmed organically since the 2000s and practices some principles of biodynamics.
