Tasting notes: A truly superb gastronomic wine! Fruity on the nose, with delicate notes of fresh apricot and candied lemon, the wine tantalizes the palate with a lively attack. Roundness and fruit dance in perfect harmony, and the finish is long and saline. A pronounced minerality!

The Maestrojuan family has also traditionally distilled a small portion of their harvest for aging in Armagnac casks. Each year, a few bottles of blended and vintage Armagnac are bottled.
