In Comminges, Bertrand Henry is the last winemaker of a territory that historically had plenty! His objective will be, over time, to be able to produce the wine he loves, organic, with grape varieties, sometimes ancient like Abourirou, Jurançon Noir, Gamay teinturier. He obtained his Ecocert certification in 2019.
It is the constant pursuit of quality, taste, and creativity that drives him daily!
