Since 2008, Elise and Benoît have been captivated by the extraordinary potential of these terroirs. These terroirs are similar to the prestigious terroirs of the Northern Rhône Valley. The desire to introduce a little-known vineyard through the finesse and grandeur of their wines is the challenge of Domaine Salel & Renaud.

Starting with 3 hectares, 13 hectares are now in production. Patiently, by selecting vines located on the most beautiful terroirs of the region and prioritizing indigenous grape varieties: Chatus, Dureza, Raisaine, Roussanne, Picardan... others are currently being preserved and propagated... The vineyard is cultivated with the utmost respect for the environment, in accordance with a global approach that promotes biodiversity – measured soil work (at shallow depth) to preserve underground life, grassing, organic fertilizer…
