Produite artisanalement Engenho da Vertente est indéniablement la meilleure cachaça de la région de São Paulo. Pour cela, elle est distillée dans des alambics en cuivre à partir des cannes poussant sur la propriété. Enfin elle est absolument non filtrée avant mise en bouteille pour en préserver tout le caractère. Eau-de-vie de canne non filtrée, Engenho possède une texture huileuse et une incroyable richesse. Un grand cru brésilien.
