Artisanally produced, Engenho da Vertente is undeniably the best cachaça in the São Paulo region. For this, it is distilled in copper stills from sugar cane grown on the property. Finally, it is absolutely unfiltered before bottling to preserve all its character. Unfiltered cane spirit, Engenho has an oily texture and incredible richness. A great Brazilian vintage.
