Domaine MONDANGE Spargolato 2024 AOP Corse 75cl Rosé
Grape variety: Sciaccarellu 100%
Terroir: Clay subsoil in parcels
Aging: Fermentation and aging in stainless steel tanks
Tasting notes: This surprising rosé reveals subtle citrus notes - orange and grapefruit on the nose. The palate is round and full-bodied with intensely fruity aromas. The attack is fresh and powerful. A full-bodied and structured saignée rosé.
🍷 Serving temperature 12-13°
Domaine Mondange is a wine estate located in Haute-Corse on the east coast in Saint-Antoine, in the commune of Ghisonaccia.
A large part of the vineyard is situated on a plateau between 100 and 150 m altitude, at the foot of the mountains and 10 km from the sea. The subsoil of this plateau is made of clay. The vineyard benefits from maximum sunshine.
Committed to preserving heritage and driven by a desire to protect the land, it is now Laura and Andria who have decided to take over part of the family vines and create their own estate and wines, with the help of their father. Between family tradition and modernity, the wines stand out with fruity or floral notes that reflect the soul of the terroir.
