ESTABEL
The commune of Cabrières, open to the southern plain by the Boyne river (which drains its tributary streams of Valat Grand, Néburelles/Broum, Cavès, and Pitrous), is abruptly bordered to the north by the continuous ridge of Vissounel at Pic de Vissou (480 m). The vineyards, planted in the valleys carved into schistous rocks, give way to a garrigue, sometimes arboreal, sometimes low-lying, on the slopes of small limestone and dolomite reliefs.
