FOLLE AVOINE

"Folle Avoine" wines come from a 10-hectare estate located in the Hérault department, across three neighboring communes: Vendargues, Saint-Aunès, and Castries. This distribution of land allows for the originality of a terroir composed of siliceous rock pebbles in some areas, clay-limestone soil in others, and grey marl elsewhere. Authentic grape varieties such as Carignan, Cinsault, and Grenache, as well as more modern ones like Cabernet-Sauvignon, Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah, and Viognier, age on these lands.

These vines, cultivated in the purest tradition, nourished with organic amendments and cared for with mineral and plant elements, have given their best here.
