FOND CYPRES
Rodolphe and Laetitia have been settled in the Corbières near Lézignan since 1998, where they bought their plots and began working them with a very precise direction in mind. Both are from the region and descendants of winemakers. They want to produce Southern wines that are representative of their terroir, with freshness, finesse, and melted tannins. Some plots of Grenache and Carignan, free of synthetic products for many years and from old vines of about sixty years old, allowed them to quickly work within their vision. Syrah vines were replanted in beautiful areas near cypress trees. The vineyard began its full organic conversion from 2004 to 2010, then they refined their winemaking to be as natural as possible alongside their Burgundian friend, Frédéric Cossard, who is well-known in the industry. Their wines are now a benchmark in their appellation!
