JEAN DAUGE
Sébastien Fezas recently took over the family estate Jean Daugé in Courrensan, Gers. The vineyard spans 30 hectares, organically farmed and vinified as naturally as possible. However, only about 2 hectares (Syrah, Tannat, Colombard, Ugni Blanc, Manseng) are dedicated to his own cuvées, with the rest of his juices going to merchants for fellow winemakers. All of his cuvées showcase the freshness and tension characteristic of Southwest wines!
