JULIEN BRAUD
A young winemaker in Monnières near Nantes, Julien Braud learned the trades of viticulture and winemaking from his father on the family estate, after studying agricultural engineering with a specialization in viticulture and enology. After several vintages of experience, he wanted to create his own estate to highlight the region's terroirs and the qualities of the Muscadet grape variety, "Melon de Bourgogne". Since 2012, he has been working his 8-hectare, human-sized estate organically. His goal is to produce authentic wines with character. His winery has tiled underground tanks, typical of the region and ideal for the thermal conservation of wines. His range of wines is sincere and offers superb minerality!
