Jean-Marc Tard, who was immersed in vineyards by his father from an early age, initially decided to sell wine in his roles as a sommelier and wine merchant. Then, he decided to make it himself and return to his roots! In 2009, he settled and acquired a 10-hectare estate, which he converted to organic farming (Ecocert certification in 2011) to work as naturally as possible... Soil work is important, particularly animal traction with his horse Valdi, he prepares natural plant sprays, listens to his vines, and aims for rich microbial life! This very beautiful vineyard, close to the banks of the Yon, features undulating plots with granite subsoils topped with limestone pebbles and light clay. Today, he is even a member of the S.A.I.N.S. charter (Sans Aucun Intrant ni Sulfite - Without Any Additives or Sulfites)!
