LA FERME ST MARTIN

La Ferme Saint-Martin is nestled in an idyllic setting: in the heart of the southern Rhône Valley, between the Dentelles de Montmirail and Mont Ventoux, at an altitude of 400 meters! The stage is set for grapes to ripen in ideal conditions... And when you add to that the good souls of people who care about the well-being of their vines, only beautiful vintages can come out of this estate!

The farm was founded in the 1950s, initially dedicated to polyculture by the grandparents of Thomas Jullien, the current winemaker of the estate. The turn to organic farming was made in 1998. Today, all work carried out in the vineyard aims to produce healthy grapes, while preserving life in the soil, diverse fauna and flora, and a balance around the vine. Of course, the wines ferment with their own yeast. They are lightly sulfited only at bottling to facilitate bottling and transport. The rest is "sulfur-free". Thus, the wines express themselves fully: they each have their own personality, and the notion of terroir is strong.
