Let's spread our wings and land in the Vaucluse. A few miles from Vaison-la-Romaine, lies the village of Faucon and the lovely Domaine de la Roche Buissière. Perched between 300 and 450 meters, surrounded by olive trees, the vines have only known organic farming since the 1980s.
