The estate, farmed by Bastien Rocour, aims to be agricultural, not just viticultural. Hedges, orchards, vineyards, meadows, and cultivated lands alternate harmoniously according to the topography of the area. However, viticulture remains predominant with about 3 hectares of white grapes, and his dearest wish is "to produce honest wines, without artifice, whose simple purpose is to transcribe this place, the climatology of the vintage, and the sum of the actions carried out throughout the year." The first vintages are very promising; we truly enjoyed them!
