At Ollier Taillefer, history is a family affair. As the 5th generation of winemakers, Luc and Françoise continue the legacy by caring for 36 hectares of vines on the Faugères schist. Established in the commune of Fos and determined to promote their terroir, organic farming as a calling, and virtuous vineyard work allow them to produce wines of character and pleasure.
