LAURENT CAZOTTES
Laurent Cazottes, a winemaker from Gaillac, took over his father's distillation business in 1998. Once a traveling distiller, the "aroma concentrating machine" is now permanently housed in a farm building. It is among vineyards, orchards, and vegetable gardens that he lives and works, extracting only the excellence and purity of fruit for his exceptional liqueurs. Committed to the values of traditional viticulture and drawing much of his inspiration from it, he has also finally become an accomplished winemaker!
