LE SOULA

Since 2001, Domaine Le Soula has been cultivating its 22 hectares of vines located in the Fenouillèdes municipalities of Saint Martin de Fenouillet, Felluns, Saint Arnac, and Le Vivier, without pesticides or chemical fertilizers.
The majority of the vines grow on a granite subsoil with granitic arena soil, while a few plots are found on heavier black schist subsoils.
The estate adopts a biodynamic approach enriched by principles of bioelectronics and agroecology.
