L'ÎLE ROUGE
Antonin Jamois was an agricultural engineer in his first life and had expatriated to Madagascar to produce shrimp... But the desire to make wine never left him, and thanks to his in-laws, he was able to set up a 2-hectare vineyard in the Entre-deux-Mers region, south of Libourne, in 2015. Here, a gardener-farmer approach is taken in the vineyard, and the cuvées are made without any inputs. For now, 4 red cuvées are produced, notably with old grape varieties that particularly interest him!
