Domaine Mélaric is comprised of Mélanie and Aymeric, both having solid experience in the wine world before settling in the Loire region in 2006. They set up shop in the beautiful Saumur area, Puy Notre-Dame, gradually acquiring their 4 hectares of vines. This is a hill with magnificent tuffeau soils, highly sought after for their minerality, and where more and more young winemakers are establishing themselves! Their organic and biodynamic approach to their work, as well as gentle and patient aging practices, bring purity and minerality.
