Domaine Mélaric is comprised of Mélanie and Aymeric, both of whom had extensive experience in the wine industry before settling in the Loire region in 2006. They set up shop in the beautiful Saumur area of Puy-Notre-Dame, gradually acquiring their 4 hectares of vines. This hill boasts magnificent tuffeau soils, highly prized for their minerality, and is attracting more and more young winemakers! Their organic and biodynamic approach to winemaking, along with gentle and patient aging practices, brings purity and minerality to their wines.
