Alexandre Frontère is located on a hillside, facing the Pyrenees, on a strip of pebble and clay terrace between Salies de Béarn and Navarrenx. Neither in Jurançon nor in Irouleguy, the Mont d'Oraas estate is one of the independent wineries, and its wines are identified as Pyrénées Atlantiques wines.
