NOVA SOLIS
Romain Benet founded Domaine Nova Solis in 2016 with his wife. They named it "Nova Solis" in reference to a life change that resonates as a rebirth for them. Located in Jonquières, they bought vineyards from a local co-op member who cultivated them using conventional agriculture, with the aim of having them certified organic by 2020. Both were landscapers in Paris in their previous lives, and Languedoc, especially the Terrasses du Larzac, was a rather obvious choice for them. Their range of wines is named after the movements of the sun, from dawn to dusk!
