PAUL GINGLINGER

In the village of Eguisheim, the Ginglinger name has been associated with wine since 1610, spanning 13 generations of winemakers. Michel took over from his father in 2000. Across 13 hectares, he and his wife cultivate numerous Alsatian grape varieties on hillsides between 220 and 340 meters in altitude, with east and southeast exposures, including plots on the Grand Crus Eichberg and Pfersiberg, managed intelligently and with respect for the ecosystem.
