REMI JALLIET

The Rémi Jalliet estate is located in Villesèque-des-Corbières. Originally from Paris, Rémi discovered this 6.5-hectare estate in 2006. From the beginning, he practiced agriculture capable of revealing this rather complex clay-limestone terroir: mottled marl, dolomite, and marly sandstone from very different geological eras. The altitude, fluctuating between 400 and 700 meters, gives these wines a beautiful character. The wines are aged in stainless steel tanks and in a few barrels that have contained several wines. The wines are neither filtered nor fined.
