THOMAS FINOT
It was in 2007 that Thomas Finot settled in Grésivaudan, an area with great viticultural potential in his eyes. This allowed him to work with beautiful endemic grape varieties that give his wines distinctive characteristics, such as Verdesse, Persan, Etraire de la Dhuy, and Sereneze, among other more traditional varieties. Today, Thomas works 5 hectares in Grésivaudan and 3 hectares in the northern Rhône Valley (from family vines). Close to agroforestry, the vineyards are small plots surrounded by forest or meadow, which creates a biodiversity where the vines can flourish. The vinifications are as natural as possible, with a maximum of 30 mg/l of sulfites added at bottling. All his cuvées are meticulously vinified and express a lot of freshness and character!
