We are here with a person passionate about all grape varieties... indeed, Henri Xavier Guillaume turns out to be a world-renowned nurseryman, if you'll pardon my saying so! The Guillaume nursery (founded in 1895... is still family-owned!) ships its certified vine plants all over the planet! With also a 43-hectare estate producing since 1932 but vinifying Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and many other grape varieties... since 1992! Viticulture in this region is very old, dating back to the 11th century!
