VILLA MINNA Le VM 2025 Vin de France 75cl White
Grape Varieties: 40% Vermentino, 30% Grenache Noir vinified as Blanc de Noirs, 15% Roussanne and 15% Marsanne.
Winemaking/Ageing: Fermentation with indigenous yeasts and no additives. Each grape variety is aged separately, predominantly in stainless steel tanks, before blending approximately 6 months later.
Tasting Notes: A distinctly southern French white wine, yet beautifully fresh, precise and vibrant. Rich and concentrated on the palate, with lovely citrus notes and a striking mineral tension!
🍷 Serving Temperature: 11°C
Located near Aix-en-Provence, the Villa Minna vineyards lie between Éguilles and Saint-Cannat, surrounded by unspoilt natural landscapes.
Certified organic since 2012 and committed to biodynamic farming since 2019, the estate is also transitioning towards vitiforestry, integrating trees into its vineyards. This holistic approach places respect for nature and biodiversity at the heart of everything they do.
The vineyards stretch across two slopes, one north-facing and the other facing due south. Set among rolling hills and Mediterranean garrigue, the vines grow on fossil-rich clay-limestone soils, allowing each grape variety to fully express its aromatic potential.
