This single-vineyard cuvée comes from the "Les Cornabeaux" plot, planted in 1961 in Congy, in the heart of the Petit Morin hillsides.

Wine partially aged in 205-liter Champagne oak barrels from Champagne Ardennes. Bottled May 14, 2019 / Disgorged December 2022 - dosage 1g/l

True gems from a small area southwest of the Côte des Blancs; the Petit Morin valley in Congy. The family estate spans 6.5 ha (5.5 ha in the Coteaux Du Petit Morin in Congy and Coizard-Joches. 1 ha in Riceys in the Côte des Bars). Since Aurélien joined in 2017, herbicides have been stopped, and today the entire estate is undergoing organic conversion.
